Terms of Services

Offline Human Studios Private Limited ("Offline Human Studios", "we", "our", or "us") makes games, websites and related services available to you. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everything we offer, including:

our games on every platform we publish to — the Apple App Store, Google Play, Indus Appstore, JioGames, Xiaomi GetApp, Facebook Instant Games and any web or other platform we add in future (including Vilaayath Budha, Fighter 3D, Fighter 3D Pandavas, Sci Fi Racer Infinity, Arm Wrestling, ThattuKada and games we release later);
online features inside those games, such as leaderboards, tournaments, challenges and multiplayer;
our website at offlinehumanstudios.com, our newsletter, and our community spaces such as our Discord server;
(collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who may use the Services
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Where a game is offered through a third-party platform (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Indus Appstore, JioGames, Xiaomi GetApp or Facebook), that platform's terms also apply, and its age requirements take precedence if stricter.

2. Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play our games for your own entertainment. Everything in the Services — the games, characters, artwork, music, sounds, text, code and names — belongs to Offline Human Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Services, or use them for any commercial purpose, without our written permission.

3. Virtual items and purchases
Some games include virtual currency, items, upgrades or cosmetics ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the game. We may change, limit or remove Virtual Items at any time.

Where a game offers purchases, payment is processed by the platform you play on (for example Apple, Google or Facebook), and that platform's payment terms and refund policies apply. Purchases are final except where the law or the platform's policy requires otherwise. Prices may change. Virtual Items bought on one platform are not transferable to another unless a game specifically supports it.

4. Advertising
Some games are supported by advertising, including optional rewarded video ads that grant an in-game benefit for watching. Advertisements are provided by third-party ad networks under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.

5. Fair play and community conduct
You agree not to cheat, use bots, exploits or unauthorised software, interfere with the Services or other players, or attempt to gain access to any part of the Services you are not entitled to. In online features and community spaces — leaderboards, multiplayer, our Discord server and any comments or messages — you agree to treat other people with respect and not to post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. Community spaces hosted on third-party platforms (such as Discord) are also subject to that platform's rules.

We may suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Services, remove content, and remove progress, scores or Virtual Items, if you breach these Terms. Scores and rankings on leaderboards are ours to moderate and may be reset or removed.

6. Your content and feedback
If you post, submit or share anything through the Services — a username, a message, artwork, a suggestion — you keep ownership of it, but you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce and moderate it in connection with the Services. If you send us ideas or feedback about our games, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

7. Early access and updates
Some of our games are released in early access or beta. These are works in progress: features, balance, content and save data may change or be removed, and the game may contain bugs. Playing an early-access game means you accept this. We may release updates that you must install to keep playing.

8. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, including to fix problems, add or remove features, or end a game's availability on a platform. We are not liable to you for any such change, and progress or Virtual Items may be lost when a game or platform is discontinued.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offline Human Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, progress or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
